Bachelor Internship

LG Innotek hires talented employees through various recruitment channels.

01. Preliminary Screening
Candidates are selected for one of three fields (R&D, Software, or Marketing) based on the documents they provide, including their intern application and cover letter.
02. Personality/Aptitude Test
Each candidate's congeniality is evaluated using the LG Way Fit Test and his/her job suitability is evaluated through an aptitude test.
03. Interview
Candidates receive a comprehensive evaluation of their field expertise through various tests and interviews, such as paper tests, presentations, and job/personality interview.
04. Medical Checkup
Candidates receive a medical checkup performed by the medical institution designated by LG.
05. On-Boarding
New Interns are trained and participate in the internship program.
