New Recruits

LG Innotek hires talented employees through various recruitment channels.

01. Preliminary Screening
Candidates are selected based on the documents they provide, including their job application and cover letter.
02. Personality/Aptitude Test
Each candidate's congeniality is evaluated using the LG Way Fit Test and their job suitability is evaluated through an aptitude test.
03. Interview
Candidates receive a comprehensive evaluation through various interviews, including job/personality interview.
04. Medical Checkup
Candidates receive a medical checkup performed by the medical institution designateed by LG.
05. On-Boarding
New employees are trained and participate in a job placement consultation session before being dispatched to their final departments.
